A:        No. Deslha products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

A:        Simply browse products on the site, click ‘Add to Cart,’ and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and make payment to confirm your order.

Q:        What payment methods do you accept?

A:        We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, and digital wallets via secure payment gateways like PayU and PayPal.

Q:        Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

A:        Currently, COD is not available. All orders must be prepaid using available online payment options.

A:        Yes! We provide free shipping across India on all eligible orders.

4. Refund, Returns & Exchanges

Q:        Do you offer refunds?

A:        No. We do not offer refunds on any products.

Q:        Can I exchange my product?

A:        Yes - exchanges are available only for glassware, fine china, and accessories, subject to a 15% reverse shipping fee. Re-shipping charges may apply on the exchanged item if free shipping criteria aren’t met.

Q:        My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

A:        Please inform us via email or chat within 24 hours of delivery. After verification and inspection, we’ll arrange a replacement where applicable.

Q:        Can I return tea or consumable products?

A:        No. As per FSSAI regulations, consumables like tea are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
